I’ve lived in a few different apartment communities, and I can honestly say the management here is top-notch. Our apartment manager is attentive, organized, and incredibly approachable. Anytime I’ve needed assistance or had a question, they’ve responded quickly and handled everything with care and professionalism. They keep the property running smoothly and always communicate clearly about any updates or changes. You can tell they truly take pride in their work and want residents to feel comfortable and taken care of. I’m very grateful to live in a community where the manager truly makes a difference!

I have been living here for a little over 5 years now and I have had such an amazing time with them! They are reliable, quick and attentive. Even well priced for their units! I have had nothing but the most amazing service anyone renting an apartment can ask for! Can't wait for many more years!

This is the most necglect complex in Texas Avenue, the lady who works at the Lindsey office is the least suitable woman to be in that chair doing nothing ALL DAY 5/7, never sends maintenance to repair the inconveniences presented by guests, always keeps all the entertainment places closed, the children's park, swimming pools, courts. She doesn't like to do anything, she's just sitting there ignoring everyone. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money moving here, don’t bring your kids to this terrible complex. Insect infections don't remove even if they spray. The doors to the apartment fall alone putting children and pets at risk. The staff who works here NEVER care about GUEST. This place would be better with a different staff. She doesn’t open the pool even if is 65 Fahrenheit outs

this is a true true story ,The most hardest thing to deal with is when maintenance tells you that they didn't add refrigerant in the AC and you will find your OUC or electric bill to be over $358, this is a true true story. I called the maintenance because there was problems with the AC because it wasn't getting cold enough. Come to find out the maintenance man specifically told me that it was low on refrigerant................. Whose responsibility is to add the refrigerant? All of my electric bills have been 190 $120 maybe sometimes 200. Okay that is fine. But if my OUC Bill's going to go up to $358 because of something that they're supposed to do, why would you want to live in a place like this? And also, if your AC ever gets broken, you'll be stuck with a portable AC and a hole in your

Beware. $200 dep to hold apart never given credit for the $200.They tell you rent is 1240 a month 2bd 1 1/2 bath they give you a 12 page lease. As you are signing lease they tell you o there is a water charge its only once in a while. Lie. Every month $21, but they dont mention there is a trash fee $19 a pest fee 5 there is a admin fee for everything $10. For all those charges, you think you would have a parking spot!! NOT. Thats $20 more a month. Ask stove to be replaced nope they come try to fix it. Then after paying 1st month rent through there online portal had to change my bank card because of unauthorized purchases that showed up. After 8 yrs with my card had to get a new one. Mind you I only use my card to pay bills.
