Excellent craftsmanship and support. Even after the sell they went out of their way to help us with any issues that came up and fixed them for free. Including a pipe that burst from cold weather which they absolutely had no responsibility to fix. Appreciate them and couldn’t have asked to buy from a better company.

I read these negative reviews and it makes me sick. They are all lies. These people have been nothing but good to me. They gave me a place when I didn't have one. They forgave me for rent when my daughter was in the hospital literally fighting for her life on the vent for the last month and a half. These guys are good people and I'm so grateful for them. I am though having an issue with Cashapp paying my rent this month. Is there another way?

Called Ray to see if he was interested in buying my mother's property, sold as is. It was a stressful time for our family. We closed on the sale of the house within 30 days. The process was seamless and at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company. Great people to work with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Here is our house that was “flipped” by Ray Abboud. This is our subflooring after removing the carpet that was put over top. We discovered this after our ceiling fell through in the living room due to water damage from a pipe to the upstairs bathroom that was never primed or glued during the flip. (Btw it was new pipes as well not old ones.) Good thing no one fell through. This isn’t even the only thing. But here’s pictures of his work incase anyone deals with him in the future. Hopefully his name gets out there more so this doesn’t happen to anyone else, but it probably will..
