Cascara Apartments

Courtney was amazing during my apartment tour. She was so kind and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. She showed me several great options, took her time answering all my questions, and explained the application process in a way that actually made it feel simple. It’s very difficult to find an apartment complex that checks all the boxes but six months in and we’re very impressed with Cascara. Large, sunny and quiet apartment with stunning sunset views over the water. The maintenance response time is fast, halls and common areas frequently cleaned, and dog friendly without size restrictions 🙌🏻 The newness of the building/appliances and walk ability of First Hill are bonuses.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and maintenance is always quick and helpful. Marlee is hands down the best assistant community manager. She made the move-in process smooth and stress-free and truly cares about the residents. If you’re thinking about moving here, I highly recommend it.

We've had a great move in experience at Cascara! Honestly this is one of my dream apartments and I'm so glad we found it after a very long and much needed apartment hunt. The windows are huge and let in so much light, they also have big windowsills and my cat is thriving because she can lie there and watch the birds all day haha. There's tons of storage room, shelves and cabinets in our unit which has helped us immensely since we're downsizing from a two bed two bath to a one bed/bath. The walk in closet is huge! It feels really spacious with the way the unit is laid out (and we're thrilled to have an in unit washer/dryer as well as a kitchen island!!). As a current resident of cascara apartments my wife, dog and I could not be more satisfied with the aesthetic and atmosphere of our home. Naomi helped us find the right fit and have a seamless move, welcoming us to the neighborhood of yestler. Great place for the healthcare community, pet owners, families and anyone I can imagine.
