Cascades at Jordan Creek

Came to showing with a friend of mine last week and was quite impressed with the grounds, staff, sales office. Not sure of the diversity here and the price point is a little stiff yet you pay for what you get in safety, clubhouse. nice grounds, package center and more.

Lived here for 2 years. We lived on the second floor for about 6 months and then the apartment directly below us bacame available, so we paid extra to move into the apartment below so we could be in the 1st floor. For about the last 6 months of our lease we started getting weird smells and both me and my partner were not feeling very well. Apparently the apartment next to us started to have mold growing. They assured us it did not cross into our apartment and there was nothing to worry about. But there was clearly black mold in the water heater/furnace closet. They had to completely gut the apartment next to us and we had to listen to blower fans for about 2 months because they were trying to dry the mold out. We have lived 3 years at Cascade at Jordan Creek and the experience could not have been better. They rented us an apartment in impeccable condition. Maintenance, if necessary, always occurred immediately. During the time of our stay we never had to resort to a manager to solve a problem since we never had an incident in our apartment that needed the intervention of a manager. We believe that Cascade at Jordan Creek deserves 5 stars.

Overall this is an amazing apartment! We have had a few issues and some took a bit longer to resolve than we would have liked but Mallory and Kristi worked with us to get it resolved! We have lived here 2 years and will continue to do so as we really do love our home here! It’s a nice secluded area, for the most part neighbors are quiet and friendly(there is always a few bad eggs no matter where you live.) All in all I would recommend living here if you are looking for a short term or long term home!

Good luck if you have an emergency. The emergency maintenance number goes to a call center. Your emergency is not Cascades priority and it is blatantly obvious.
