Cascade Villas

We love living at Cascade Villas! Annette in the office does a fantastic job she's friendly, sweet, and very helpful. Ivan's so polite & professional and does a great job at fixing repairs in a timely manner. The grounds are professionally done & always look nice! 5 stars all the way 🤩

When we first moved into the apartment it was not cleaned, at all! Then the neighbors above us have a child that runs from the front door thru the rest of the house at all hours! He wakes us out our sleep with this running and then the wanna scream he autistic! Maybe the should have got a first floor unit! The inconsideration is mind blowing, we not asking for complete quiet! The apartments have all kind of nasty ppl that leaves trash everywhere, there is just a lot of room for improvement! Edit: I have already reached out to the property and the rental office and no results!!!

Nice place to live. Really enjoy the open floor plan and balcony w/ storage shed. The full laundry space is the icing on the cake.

I have lived here for almost a year. Jennifer is one of the sweetest and caring person I have ever met. They keep up with there work orders and always maintain the ground work really well. I have never lived somewhere that I feel as safe as I do here.

The office staff is very helpful very friendly very courteous and make you feel welcomed should an issue a rise they will take care of the problem as best as they can as quickly as possible. I also love the amenities and the apartments themselves maintenance takes care of everything in an timely manner as possible
