We brought to Cascade a multi-million dollar, multi parcel, multi entity transaction that was really a nightmare to navigate… I really can’t say enough how appreciative I am of Brianna and everyone else at Cascade. This was not our first transaction with Bri and both times she was extremely professional and she is very organized and intelligent. She was able to coordinate calls from multiple attorneys, accountants, bankers, and parties involved and I know she knew far more than the rest of us as to what was going on. This deal would have fell apart if we took it to a different title company and I am grateful that didn’t happen. We will continue to bring all of our transactions here.

I thought by waiting a couple months that I could leave a review that is not so affected by my disappointment and anger, but now it is still hard for us to think about the transactions with Cascade Title without feeling upset. We gave them two stars because they did come close to closing the transaction on target date, and they did correct the gross mistake in their calculations. At the end, when their errors were pointed out, things got very testy and the agent had to be told to go back and review the instructions she was given in order to convince her she was wrong, and then she blamed it on her computer. We would not go back.
