Cascade Ridge

Consistently has gone down hill over the years. Water heater out for 5 days with no urgency or apology, paint peeling outside and in with rotting door jam, fireplace that we pay for hasn’t worked in 1 1/2 years and rent has increased 40% in the last 2 years. At this time I would be hard pressed to recommend to anyone to live here.

Lived here for almost 5 years now. People in the office are friendly and so far the other people I've met have been friendly. Any time I needed any maintenance done someone was here in 24 to take care of it. So far no problem with porch pirates or people soliciting.

This place is where my kids have their pediatrician. I have my women's health doctor here and my diabetes doctor also. We are always recieved with the utmost respect. I enjoy going to a place that shows everyone respect.

Nice apartment complex. Well maintained grounds. The business complex is nice as well. The grounds are always well maintained. Great staff. They always make you feel welcome. The doctor gives you the time and support you need. They provide many different services. Usually no long wait times.

Nice course , a good variety of holes that can have you use several clubs. The snack bar is nice and plentiful of all kind of snacks including soda to beer and dogs to snickers, everything is covered and a wonderful stafff.
