Cascade Falls Apartments

First and foremost, Olivia and Marissa were AMAZING! They did everything humanly possible to make my move-in as seamless as it was. They were speedy to reply, so customer friendly and accommodating, and very professional. Everything was explained to me well, and I appreciated the personalized welcome home card on move-in day. The entire staff works expeditiously to ensure the comfort of their residents are met. Thank you to everyone, including maintenance for such a lovely experience…. I wish I could give them 10 stars across the board.

I visited Cascade Falls recently and worked with Emily. She was so kind and helpful in helping me find a new place to live. The model unit that she showed me was beautifully decorated. I love the location of the community and how friendly Emily was. She told me she was actually the manager and I feel really comfortable knowing that if there are ever any future concerns that she would be able to help me. I am excited and will make Cascade Falls my new home soon thanks to Emily!

I moved into this apartment a year ago. I've had the best experience with office and maintenance staff members. They always been very helpful, friendly and professional. One of the encounter with Mr. Prabesh, who came to fix our AC during this hot summer who was very friendly and incredible worker with great troubleshooting skills. He was quick, efficient and knows what he was doing. I would highly recommend others to visit this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Neighborhood is decent, but overrun with unruly children (throwing rocks by cars, pulling branches off trees, fighting, etc.). Living by the park in the middle was not fun, you hear it all! Staff is very kind, but maintence requests take an average of two or more weeks to complete. Utility closets are kept under lock and key, so they control when you can use your heat and air conditioning. The "gym" is a garage with two treadmills and two elipticals. The pool was constantly taken over by unsupervised children. I went one time in the summer and left within 15 minutes becuase it was so unpleasant. Again, the staff is extremely kind, but knowing what I know now, I would explore other options first. I would not recommend Cascade Falls for young professionals, it seems more fit for families.

Had a tour with Marissa, wonderful people and beautiful places me and my wife saw a 3 bedroom very nice homes with a wonderful playground for the kids right outback. Very quick and simple tour its a very lovely place we especially loved the bathrooms very big and nice accommodating kitchen with a washer and dryer hookups in house a truly nice and simple place to settle into.
