packages stolen so many times, someone scratched my car the first month I lived there. People walk dogs without leashes and I almost got attacked near the dog park. I told the office and nothing was ever done. Also the ac broke once and it took them a month to pick up the portable one and they kept calling me that they needed it but wouldn't come for it. I gave them my notice and they are trying to make me stay over the 90 days. The office ladies won't help and are rude. I hate this place so much do not move in here! Lots of nicer and more affordable places in the area. I even asked for north star number and she rudely said they will tell you the same. So just so you know they will not help nor understand! I've lived in Tucson since 2014 and I've lived in a number of places. Casas Adobes Apartments is the first place that I really feel at home. I love the location. North Tucson has such a great view of the mountains! Right next to a small shopping center and in the middle between the Tucson Mall and The Foothills Mall. As far as my apartment, one of the things I learned a long time ago was to always have a washer and dryer in unit. The apartment they had available didn't have what I need so they built a laundry closet and installed a very nice new washer and dryer set. There's also 3 different laundromats on site that I can use when I've got heavy blankets and such and I don't want to burden my beautiful washer and dryer in my apartment. All the other appliances were brand new as well

Lots of rodents and rodent feces. Been reporting it for months. Manager claims 'Its the southwest deal with it". Sorry i don't want the open piles of rodent (and dog because they don't ever stock bags) poop all over this neighborhood. DO NOT LIVE HERE. LeighAnn keeps mentioning living in the southwest. Not sure what that has to do with them ignoring blatant rodent infestations being reported over and over again for months. Or the termites that took them more than a month and 3 requests to do anything about. I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Loud , Noisy complex .. when I moved in the carpet was 2 years old , I lived there a year and had to get out the shower was leaking, two of the drawers were off the rails, the garbage disposal was broke, the water heater was leaking.. they made me replaced the carpet when I moved out , I did not add any new stains to the carpet.. in the laundry room the washing machine doesn't have hot water, and has been that way for over 3 months.. probably the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in my entire life.. homeless people everywhere , crazy neighbors who complained to management about the managers shutting off their water, and the neighbor having to go down into the office to the water cooler just to get a drink of water... This is just some of the stuff that you're going to have to deal w
