A lot of drama here. New managements they don't do anything, no cleaning at all around the property. People have big dogs which is not a problem the problem is the owners let the dogs use the restroom inside the property, so it smells horrible. Let management know haven’t done anything, at least send out a dam letter saying that’s not acceptable. It’s horrible! They are never around. The only time you see them is on the first when rent is due. Recently someone has moved out instead of getting those throw away dumpsters the ones you rent especially when you have big furniture to throw, they decided to throw away furniture into the dumpster outside two days after the garage man came, so this is how it’s been looking out there.

Apartments are gated in so safe for little ones. The apartament itself is also nice.

Some friends just moved in here. It's a small .complex. it doesn't look like much from the street, but it has a very nice, clean courtyard The apartment walls are painted in neutral earth tones instead of boring white, and has updated doors., cabinets, appliances & fixtures. The refrigerator is a bit small and parking is limited, but all in all it seems like a quiet, cozy place to live. The complex has security gates which is nice, except there should be a call box so that guests can be buzzed in by a resident.

Very small 32 apartments in this courtyard community. Management is on site. Maintenance is extremely slow getting done but that is only because they have no reliable maintenance man right now. If anyone reading this post is a skilled maintenance person please go to Dunlap & McGhee to apply. We need a good maintenance man around to maintain these apartments the right way the first time..

This place is a disgrace. My post was rop real and got removed. This place is SUPPOSED TO BE a gated community. There are always other people's property in the walk ways. A man sleeps in the courtyard IN THE WALKWAY. Management does nothing about it. No security, MAYBE a person will walk around at 9pm one time.for the on tome.amd leaves. MIRANDA GROSS is the most irresponsible manager and does NOTHING FOR US RESIDENTS EVER. WE'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET OUT AND SHES' HOLDING IS HOSTAGE. There is no office on site. She never answers the phone.
