Casa Tierra

I moved in August and it was a pretty smooth move in process. Jessica and Gabriel are really nice and helpful with anything I need for my apartment. Gabriel gets to my services request pretty fast. The only reason my rate is lower is because I recently got a down stairs neighbor that hit my roof for no reason I was taking a shower and I hear three to four booms. It was very annoying and just plain rude. It has made me feel the need to walk on eggshells around them. Then there’s this noise that I can hear through the floors it sounds like someone is moving furniture.It was a good place first but I honestly can’t wait till my lease is up to move.

The staff quickly responds to resident needs and is pleasant. All units have balconies or patios, so there is plenty of outside light. All units have washers and dryers and the complex is very quiet. I was happy during my stay at Casa Tierra.

I've lived here for 7 months and it's been a great experience so far. I'm at the Casa 2 units down the road from the main complex on San Pedro and McLeod. The best thing for me is the manager Jessica. She is incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. It really makes a huge difference. The maintenance man (Gabriel, I believe) is awesome and always on top of stuff and does a great job. The pool area is clean and really nice! I love the atmosphere and feel happy to call it home. Even though Casa 2 is not as close to the amenities offered (which we still have access to, it's just a short drive/walk) it is so peaceful and much more quiet. I prefer being at the second complex. We’ve been here since November of last year and we love it!! We live in the condo part! We love how spacious it is! Any time we put in a work order Gabriel always gets it done right away! Since we got here we always felt at home! Jessica has been amazing to us! The pool area and courtyard is always so nice and clean! This has been a wonderful place for us to create memories for a lifetime! This place wouldn’t be the same without both of them! Thank you both for being so good to us!

Had the pleasure of visiting this property and speaking with Jessica. She is extremely professional and the property is incredibly well maintained and kept in amazing condition. 10/10 recommend renting here.
