I've been living here since June of 2025 and it's one of the best places I've lived at in my entire life! The grounds are well-kept, maintenance responds to work order requests in a timely manner and the office staff is polite and professional. I love this area with all of the wildlife and this apartment complex gives me resort vibes!
I ignored the bad reviews when we moved here, and that was my mistake. We originally lived in a one-bedroom for $1,400, kept it in great condition, and somehow only got $100 back out of a $700 deposit. Later we cut the lease short to transfer to a 6-month 2 bed/2 bath, paying a non-refundable $500 transfer fee, a $770 deposit, and $1,779 a month because they tacked on an extra $150 just for it being a short lease—despite the unit not being renovated and having outdated appliances. I was 7 weeks pregnant when we moved in, and it was immediately clear the apartment had been vacant for a long time: there were roaches, the water smelled so strongly of sulfur/rotten eggs that we had to run it all day and keep the patio door open while moving in, and the unit itself was dirty enough that I had t
I love living here and I have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I had put in a maintenance request and maintenance came in while I was at work. After a 12 hour shift, I come home to my door cracked and unlocked. My heart obviously dropped and I immediately check my camera that I have inside my apartment before entering my apartment to see if there was a break in and there is nothing but maintenance coming into my apartment fixing the issue and leaving. I have a cat that could’ve gotten lost and valuable items that could’ve been stolen if someone would’ve noticed my door open. All I got was a sorry I’ll talk to the maintenance people, nothing to accommodate that huge mistake.
I’ve had an outstanding maintenance request since moving in in February. I’ve reached out about it several times at this point but it’s still unresolved. I advise folks to look elsewhere for housing if they expect functioning appliances and maintenance to be completed in a timely manner. The office staff tries their best but each time i speak to someone they promise to “look into it” but this is followed by poor follow through from the maintenance team. In less than 6 months there has been a property wide water shut off more than 5 times. That’s an average of once per month you won’t be notified beforehand and won’t have water all day long. They won’t provide any rental credit or compensation for this. Oftentimes you won’t know you won’t have water all day until that actual day. Highly
I moved here in April of 2024...I did not stay long...my experience was not so good. The first day that I moved into these apartments; I was met with the same lady I kept having encounters with in the office who was odd...she never gave me a tour of my place; and showed me on the map how to find my place. I have never experienced that in my life...it wasn't like we were still in a "Pandemic". So after that I went to the apartment to find that my washer and dryer never worked. It was very old and very loud. A few weeks later I stopped using the valet trash people because they never took my one bag of trash that I put out....everyone else had trash bags outside with out trash cans..and so did I because I never was given a bin in the first place...I went to the office to let them know...and t
