----- Do Not Lease From Casa----------- This has to be the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. Their lease is full of disruptive immoral clauses, like being able to enter your property without notice. They use this to turn around and fine you for extremely petty things. They even make you pay for tree trimming services... Shall I go trim the trees and drop one on your roof? Maybe They are so extremely petty, they fined me for several months in a row for a lock on a gate or a stick on camera outside the house. They busted into the house in the middle of the day unannounced while I was in the shower... How exciting. Application process was smooth and fast which is ideal for military families! We have been here for almost 8 months and have had a few items to get fixed which Casa was super fast and reliable. Staff is courteous and nice, and they communicate well. We love our little rent house!

I wasn’t gone share my experience with this company but the process of things was done so wrong… I applied for a property out in Harker Heights. I make well over 3X the rent, credit score 668, and everyone I’ve rented through I left on good terms. Received my full deposit back from all companies. So I knew I was ok with getting approved for this property. I’ve never been turned down on getting a house.. I applied for a place on Friday and didn’t hear back from ANYONE until the next Friday. I called to get status and all the lady keep saying is we will call and let you know if we need anything… I wasn’t getting no response or updates…. This is the first time I’ve rented through a reality company. I’d heard stories about how they can be, especially when near military installations. But when we moved in and the walk through was quite nonchalant, they said oh yea there are some scratches, bumps, and nicks here and there but don’t worry as long as it’s documented you’ll be fine when you move out. Come move out time I cleaned up and left 95% of the place cleaner than when I moved in. The only large reduction in my security deposit that I expected was from carpet cleaning because I have dogs. Well I got hit with about $230 for carpets, $400 for repairs, and another $300 for whole house cleaning.
