Casa Presidio Apartments

This apartment complex used to be incredible, and sadly it changed management - who does not do anything with any concerns, either maintenance or community. There was an armed suspect search here in the middle of the night in April, and it has felt very unsafe since then. We had no hot water for NINE days as temperatures dropped, and they could not fix the issue which turned out to be a broken hot water heater thermostat. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear your neighbors doing everything. Dogs downstairs are constantly barking, left off leash, and never picked up after. It is disgusting. They truly do NOT care about their residents or community. We were excited to move back here and cannot wait to get out. Stay far away.

We have lived here for over a year. It is a quiet community with the very infrequent parties getting loud late into the evening. The management is quick to handle situation if it gets too unruly. The apartments are spacious with washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of space to cook. Kitchen is open rather than the galley style so I can visit with company in the dining area while putting the final touches on a meal. The grounds are well maintained and the management is always looking for ways to improve the look of the grounds. Pool and jacuzzi is well maintained. There are areas to BBQ outside. Lived here for over a year and loved it. Apartment felt like it was brand new, not just the walls and appliances, but the HVAC was super efficient. I could let it heat up to over 80 during the day when I came home after work, in about a half hour it would cool down to 74. I had a two bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings and a ton of windows up high. Pool is fun with fountains and the hot tub was great in the winter. I cooked a bunch of dinners on the free gas grill, it’s way nicer than mine. Covered parking was never hard to get, and the gates rarely had issues and were operating all the time. I also think they had daily trash removal. Fitness center was really well maintained and nicer than a club you’d have to join. The location was great for me, central to anywhere I needed to go.

Have lived here for a year and the noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable. The floor and walls are so thin I can hear the neighbors conversations and tvs. Upstairs we had people who sounded like they dropped heavy weights every evening and enjoyed moving their furniture around every night. They could not care less about the people below them. Now we have new upstairs neighbors who also love slamming furniture around and it sounds like their kids love to jump off the couch not stop. They also could not care less about their neighbors. And worst of all the manager will do absolutely nothing about it. So know when your having dinner or trying to relax in the evening, you will have to listen to people drop weights or jump up and down on your ceiling all evening long.

These apartments are great. I've lived here for 2 months. Everything is modern, clean and updated. Spacious apartments. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym on the grounds. Washer and dryer provided in each apartment which is super convenient. I always feel safe and secure because it has gated entry as well as security cameras on the grounds. Allows pets which is amazing because I couldn't go anywhere without mine. Grounds and landscape are kept immaculate and presentable. On site maintenance and office. Property management is always friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. So glad I moved here. Feels good to have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the perfect place to call home.
