What to say my thank you .... I had an amazing experience with Ms. Debbie at the leasing office! She went above and beyond to help us get approved for our apartment. Her kindness, patience, and even the prayers she offered truly made the process smooth and stress-free. We are so grateful for her outstanding service! ❤️ and like she said she would make it happen for me and my kids and we have a home

If your looking for an apartment that is spacious and very affordable CasaPaz has what your looking for. When I went to go look for a 1 bedroom apartment as soon as I walked up Adriana the property manager greeted me with a smile. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Loved that she made me feel like I was home already. She made me feel very comfortable and stress free. The apartments are very nice and well taken care of. Casa Paz is at the top of my list forsure. Ask for Adriana, she's amazing and fun to talk too.

Funny how all positive reviews just popped up mouth ago 🙄🙄🙄 this place is a joke. EVERY month it’s extra fees, you pay them fees then an out source company the same fees, they don’t fix anything, parking lot has TONS of unfix pot holes with the rebar showing in some of them. Security was once visible but now all they have is flashing cars on premises at night but yet you never actually see the guards 🥴🥴🥴. They change management companies almost monthly (I think the one we have now is the longest 2 months). The hot water goes out offen and please boil your water before you use any becaue it’s ALWAYS brown water that comes out first. Best believe as soon as my lease is up I’m outta here. I’m 1 and done!

Debbie was informative about everything we asked and wondered about she even gave us a fun and helpful tour of the apartments wish there were more people like her thanks Debbie :).

I’ve been living here a little under a year. Today I let maintenance know my fridge was struggling to cool. The first guy came by and checked it within a couple of hours. After checking it he had to leave but said he would be back shortly. Within an hour another maintenance man (Antonio Davenport) came by with another fridge. He gave me a few minutes to remove my food and then he changed my fridge out. The first maintenance man who checked my old fridge came by after that to make sure my fridge had been changed and all was well. Overall they handled the issue fast and did a great job.
