I had the best experience with the staff at Casa Pacifica. Viviana and Monica let out the red carpet for me. The new and old units are absolutely beautiful and they take pride in making sure the tenants are happy and most of all safe. I look forward to living here a very long time. Ooooo and the owner is a God sent....

I’ve lived here along time and the staff is phenomenal and attentive. The leasing manger and her counter part are absolutely amazing and understanding.I feel like my voice is heard when I express a problem with my apartment also the maintenance men are trustworthy and respectful with my home.

We live in the newer addition to Casa Pacifica and looooove it! All bills paid, the staff is so polite and helpful at all times,and a brand new laundry room! It's quiet and there's camera surveillance throughout the property. If you're looking for your new home, I highly recommend!!

My experience with Casa Pacifica has been one of a kind. The people are amazing. From management that is very positive, responsive and attentive to apartment needs to the people who live in the units. Nonetheless, apartment units and amenities are extraordinary. I’ve lived in my unit for 7 years, and am happy regarding the structure of the unit. I’ve used the small soccer field out in the back. For those who have children there is a playground they can use! I’m very satisfied with the community. Management and Casa Pacifica has put together a safe community were singles, or/and family can enjoy.
