The manager works well with the seniors. I like that she keeps us informed of policy and everything. I like the clubhouse, it’s open to everybody. I like the proximity to downtown and the trains and buses that are available to us. The neighbors get along really well with each other and the building is really clean. I absolutely love living here! It has now been over a year since my last review and I am still very happy living here. Today we had a pizza social in the club house for all residents. These events once a month bring us all together with food and fun.

I really appreciate the proximity to the trax station and the busses and frontrunner. I also like how clean it is and how well kept it is. Management is very helpful to us tenants. Its very comfortable living inside. My apartment is "top drawer." I love being on the 2nd floor because I am close the clubhouse, the trash shoot, the elevator, and the gym. I've not used it yet, but when the snow comes, I'll be in there all the time. I highly recommend this apartment community. Its the best place ive ever lived in .

Marnar Ever sense she started here the whole environment has changed for the better, the residents are friendlier and seem so much more up beat and positive.. What Im trying to say is that Marina property management skills have had an over all postive effect for all of the resident thst live here. I know this is true because I ask them

The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.

Parking garage is amazing! My apartment is so spacious & so is the bathroom! I have my car but I love to walk to City Creek Mall and like to stop at a restaurant on my way back. I just tried the Southern food place nearby and enjoyed the Prime Rib Torpedo. Lots of places to eat and a coffee shop opening nearby! I love it!
