Casa Linda Apartments

I can not say enough good things about my time at Casa Linda, my partner and I spent 3 years here and they were 3 quiet, safe, and comfortable years!! Val the manager is a wonderfully kindhearted person to work with and I truly felt safer knowing her and her family were on site. I had a 2b/1b with a great size patio, I really liked the security gates surrounding the property and took comfort in knowing there are cameras in the parking lot.

Had a wonderful experience living here! Manager was very accommodating with our needs. Even had her check our door once while we were out of town. The facilities worked great too, never had any issues. Highly recommend. Very close to doctors offices, grocery stores, and the mall too.

Huge amount of homeless and druggy at night. They dont address this which ends up with renters property damage. Open parking vandalism happens regular. Gate slam shut very loud. I was left with hot water for 4 day while arguing with the rent lady. She wanted me to get PG&E to come check it out. I told her that not my job. I got sick from cold shower that's when I demand she get it or else. Then it got fix. After u move and other property next to verify ur rent history she wont answer cus I call her she wont wont respond. Plenty of stories I end with one more neighbors AC break they go through my bedroom they excuse it the only access. They will make a mess and not wear booties . Picture is only half the story

Not completely gated. The parking lot is open in back of gas station. People walk through and vandalized my and my neighbors car. Swams of mosquitoes greet you at the front and patio door, I have no water feature. Garage door needs to be updated. Not worth the price.

The landlords are super nice, and the apartment is very spacious. I can't wait to move in and make it our new home. 😊
