Casa Linda Apartments

Landlord is kind and will work with you if behind. I find it quiet here and it's conveniently next to bus transit and walking distance of groceries and etc. I don't have a car. It helps. The rent is a bit steep but its a clean and quiet area for most part. No complaints here.

Nothing but plumbing problems since i moved in. Now i have 30 days to move and was told i wouldnt get my deposit back. Nieghbor has had feces in tub backed up a month or so ago now all the sinks here are backed up with sewage. Maintance never shows up on time and front office staff never places work orders correctly.... First few months i lived here all i smelled was weed coming thru the vents. Lots of cockroaches they wont spray more than once every 3 months. Mold in bathroom and underfloor with 3 layers of sticky tiles with mold and urine. I have pictures as proof. Paint peels and chips off tub and sink and counters.

Ellie and Jessica were really rude and hung up on me when I called about an apartment for a friend. I asked if the apartments had rats or roaches and they asked “why?” . These women don’t have degrees and just sit around rearranging papers , always ask to speak with upper management if they treat you as if you are less than! Or try calling Butler management !

The apartments seem to be kept ..it's a shame the back parking and entrance is hard on a car. You have to have 4wheel drive to get through it.

These apartments need a lot of maintenance a/c units have been out about a year they have not even had them worked on the units on the roof have not even been touched mold in units and managers don't follow up with work orders but want the rent and late fees health department and H.U.D. Need to do their jobs and quit gouging the rent payments for sub standard apartments for high priced rent
