Think of the worst management co. that fires and changes building managers every 3 months (at best) in association with the slummiest of landlords teaming up. After being told the rent will not go up bc of rent control, only three months later, the rent went up to $100/month over what we were paying at $3000/month for a one bedroom. I got them a tenant to sign a one year lease into one of their units and they promised me a $500 one month reduction, that was changed to $300 then Zero. The building parking lot is a routine dance between dog poop during the day and roaches at night. I totally agree with the previous review, people moving out all the time, major leaks and heat outages. Moved here because it is close to literally everything! Apartment is good. It's older, so I do have to ask for work orders every so often, but they handle it pretty quickly. I haven't had any major issues. Manager is cool.

A few fake (positive) reviews have appeared here and in other sites, so to clarify: The building is beautiful, the neighbors are great, BUT it is an old building that needs maintenance and care for leaks, rodents, heating and is not promptly or properly handled. The fact that they saw fit to write or pay for fake reviews tells you everything you need to know.

Had to say goodbye to Casa Laguna apartments. I will miss my apartment so much! I had to move to Florida to take care of my mother. I'll be back one day! I highly recommend!

I really love living here. I'm 20 years old., my mom actually rents this place for me. It's really convenient to get around. All my friends live around me so I really don't have to drive to far ever.
