Do not believe anything these people are saying. They are run down, roach infested and and don't care nothing for the residents.. take advantage of you and steal money. So if you do decide to stay here make sure you get a ledger every month. I have about 1600.00 stolen from me. And they're trying to say I'm behind on my bills. Which is impossible.. the manager wrote me a dog violation for a dog I don't have. I was told I would get a lease this year just to see that she lied again. But I will prevail... God is my avenger and my strength and He will fight my battles.

Do not rent here!!!! THEY TOWED MY CAR TODAY I WENT TO ASK FOR THE INFORMATION OF WHY THEY TOWED IT & SAID THAT THEY RECEIVED A CALL THAT MY CAR WAS FROM SOMEBODY WHO DID NOT LIVE THERE. HAVING MY CAR INFORMATION REGISTERED & MY PARKING TICKET IN MY CAR THEY DAID THAT IF IT WAS TOWED THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T GOING TO MAKE THE TOW DRIVER WASTE THEIR TIME. I NOW HAVE TO PAY $321.45 BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEY MADE.. MANY PEOPLE ARE LEAVING THE PROPERTY DUE TO MAINTINANCE NOT GOING WHEN WE NEED IT. I REPORTED MANY TIMES ISSUES I HAD & NEVER GOT IT SOLVED....

I've been living here for a few months now and couldn't be happier. The management team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, usually within 24 hours. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live!

I love all the events they do for the kids That live here. And when my children bring friends from the neighborhood, they are so welcomed and treated like they belong not like they’re intruding

I been living here for the past 5 years. Love the community and the new staff. Property manager is very professional. Love how quickly she respond to fix work orders as well maintenance.
