Move In Was a breeze! Very Professional Management, Always Quick to respond to any thing that came up, Management was notified our stove was making a clicking Noise and was not hesitant to put in a request to get us a new one and was installed Just in Time for Thanksgiving. Highly Recommend Casa Grande Apartments!

Standards for moving out are ridiculous! They nitpick to keep your deposit! A lot of the things on the paper aren’t even true make sure to take pictures of everything before you move in. They leave things in cupboards and then charge you for it make sure to open everything take pictures of outside window frames were already bent I lived up stairs and they charged for them. I found pay to quit notices from previous tent in cupboards that they missed but have the audacity to nitpick on how clean I left apartment. Be careful when moving in make sure to take pictures of everything and when moving out do the same from outside to inside horrible service. Also worked from home and she would never let me know when water was going to be turned off and always said it was an “emergency “ not the only

Really great management. Move in was so smooth and with no problems.The apartment complex has no loud neighbors or sounds and overall a cozy apartment . The manager Rosa is on top of everything, explains everything in great detail and is so helpful when answering questions. I really recommend these apartments if you want fast management and maintenance they are on top of everything and are helpful . It’s a great area to live in.

I enjoyed my time living here. The manager Rosa was really on top of everything when asked. She went above and beyond to cater to your needs. Complex was kept clean and it was pretty quiet for the most part. If I had to nitpick, I would say parking was kind of a tight squeeze. Overall, a great stay for a decent price.

This property management was great! I lived here 5 plus years and I will always remember my day of move in , and how the manager made it feel so special ! She did a great job explaining everything . Really enjoyed how close shopping centers and restaurants are walking distance. I would recommend .
