We turned in our applications in about October 2025 and then we had a bad experience here considering how nice these places look and their prices for rent.. they’re low income and most people qualify for them. The people in the front office were not helpful we hear bad things about the office. We had to call them several times no answer just us leaving voicemails.. we’ve heard complaints about a couple things in the apartments that are true, about booting cars , the cameras in the backyards, and the unstable balconies that aren’t safe that still have not been fixed yet other than that many people are on a waiting list for absolutely no reason because we called them back saying hey our lease is gonna be up we would still like to move in, and they have barely been in contact with us and t

My son's car was parked, hit and run.The apartment management refused to provide a gate key for months, even after he went in the office and argue that he wasn't comfortable parking outside because the longer this waits the more he puts his car at risk because this has happened before with other cars in these apartments. Their response? The keys are ordered in "bulk" and the delay of shipment is your "responsibility" i am so sure everyone in this apartment complex orders keys 24/7, not even a single update, no accountability. This is gross negligence the shipment delay shouldn't be our responsibility because they can't get their priorities straight.

Wife and I have lived here about a month, and so far so good. The management are super awesome and helpful, and the rent is a steal 😆. For being in the heart of the war zone, awesome place to live 💯. P.S shot out to the assistant manager Karen 💯🙏

It took awhile on the waiting list to get into Casa Feliz, but once we were notified we were up, we began the application process. Whenever there was something the Housing Program required during this process, Karen assisted us to the best of her ability to get it done or find a solution if we ran into a snag. Ultimately, we got our apartment & we moved in right before the end of March. Thank you for your help Karen! We are now enjoying our apartment & meeting our neighbors.

Dear Casa Feliz whoever it may concern. Me and my husband, recently the experience here has gotten really bad during our four years here. Recently, certain policies and practices you guys have issued had made us feel and many other residents uncomfortable. To begin with the new camera policy feels so invasive and unsettling. The placement of the 360 Cameras, especially overlooking areas ABOVE your backyard, seems so excessive and dystopian. These made every tenant uncomfortable and I don’t think this would look for you guys at all. Another restriction is that you can’t even have a BBQ grill in your own backyard, the staff goes to lengths to spy on you, last time I seen the property manager and her assistant just walking by and looking into peoples backyards not only that is uncomfortable b
