Casa Dueño a Dueño

Purchasing our home was a vary pleasant process. Absolutely no complaints on that end. But not even 3 weeks after finalizing the kitchen floor started to sag and the bathroom had black mold. When purchasing the home they said if we find anything wrong they will fix it. THIS WAS A LIE! They put fresh paint over the mold and 1/8” plywood and flooring over the already damaged floor. NOTHING WAS FIXED ONLY COVERED UP! Vary poor quality of work and craftsmanship. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing a home from them unless you want to pay a large amount of money in repairs.

The process was fast and easy yes. As others have reviewed I've noticed that within the 1st month, literally things are falling apart. Still waiting on water in the shower to be fixed 🙄. I had take down to 1 star and if I could it would be zero stars. Just entered the office and the "finance person" was very rude and unprofessional. Seriously regret our purchase with this company

These guys really work hard to help you get in the home you want. Frank is the VERY BEST. Cindy explained everything clearly to me. V, our loan officer, was very helpful also! Thank you for making our dream come true ❣️❣️❣️

The process was so fast and easy for us thank you so much to Abby she is the best she guided us the right way and was so patient with my husband 😅 really recommend this place if you are purchasing a home.
