Casa Del Verde Apartments

I know residents there that are having hot water issues and repairs are not being completed in a timely manner. The resident is getting sick, I believe it's due to the huge hole in their celling and water is leaking from the apartment above. This is no way to live for the residents who are living there and for the management including the maintenance crew to just ignore them.

Manager is horrible . I’ve been living here for about 4 years and idk the managers is just over the top doing too much. She cares too much about stuff that’s irrelevant but doesn’t take the time to care about the things that she should be idk . Maybe I’m just being a petty teenager but something is different and it’s definitely the manager .

0 hot water all the time. No insulation in the walls. S always breaks and they don't wanna fix it. Paying too much for not enough. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could! After new management this place became the worst and most unsafe place to live (I didn’t have any where else to go for some time) but so thankful that I was finally able to get out! Didn’t have gas for days (so no cooking), no hot water for months mostly in the winter (I have RA so it hurt bad physically), no water shut off notice (shut off while showering had to use bottled water to finish and couldn’t flush toilet lasted hours sometimes more than 10 hours for multiple days), problematic neighbors (management cares more about them than the good tenants), drug use and sales by tenants (seen with my own eyes advised office they didn’t care), shootings (also seen very traumatizing), no AC for days at 90°+ weather (they didn’t care didn’t offer solution), don’

I have to say i was skeptical because of the past comments people have left on here but the girl in the office Shayla . is extremely helpful and has been great since we have lived here and maintenance is on top of everything we have needed them to fix glad we found this place !
