My car got damaged at this location and the manager Tina was very unprofessional when we called her. She’s rude, disrespectful and very bad with customer service . She gave a very bad attitude towards the situation. We simply asked if she had cameras and she said no and right away said she isn’t paying for any damages. When you ask her who is above her she said no one and hung up fast. We are just visiting and instead of making the situation better she made us more upset. She’s very unprofessional.

I think Tina is awesome. She is so friendly and outgoing. When my sister lived here, she was always patient with her. And gave her chances. Not alot of people do that. I think this place is safe. And great for ur 1st apartment. Or a place to live to save money for ur 1st house. 😇

BEWARE!!! I parked while visiting a family member. My car was damaged when I was about to take off .. I called the manager TINA ! & I asked if she had an cameras & how about to go about the situation. She was very off the bat OFFENSIVE, RUDE,& VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! She said no nothing you can go go to your insurance. I asked her for someone above her she said no. I asked who was above her she said noone. She didn’t apologize about the damages that were done there. She didn’t keep professionalism. This place is not safe. If you think you will be safe here. You will not be especially damaging your cars. She will not care about you and she hanged up the call. When she out to lunch there is no note on her office door. I worked in professional setting where I was trained to give good costumer

This is the worse place to live in how does this place get more 5 stars than 1 star. the manager just scammed us for all our deposit money we put in to this place literally just charged us for not moping the floor or having a dirty windows from outside. We got charged for the disposable being dirty and how do we even clean inside that thing. Manager told us we can change the shower head that the last previous owner owned because it was all beat up and then she tried saying that we mest it up at the end. Manager smokes daily packs of cigars and has no type of respect. My own grandpa works on construction and was going to help us repair anything like brand new. Manager will say you need a receipt from a professional person so plz be careful you will get scammed for alot. Pools dont even exis

Loved that place! My kids and I was living there for 2 years before we moved to Texas. Tina was really wonderful and our neighbor across from us was too.
