UPDATE: The apartment management finally sent out pest control to treat my moms apartment and the vacant apartment upstairs. It took so many phone calls to the office. One issue was, the pest control man and office managers would make an appointment to have my moms apartment treated but then the guy would NOT show up on the day they scheduled. This unfortunately happened three times. My mother went through so much unnecessary stress on her body as well as money that was being put into treating the apartment or used to stay at a hotel for a few nights so she could sleep on a bed (she threw hers in the dumpster). I was a satisfied resident from 2008 on and off for personal reasons until Mission Rock took over in 2024. This was after the previous owners renovated everything. All of a sudden, management would have nothing to do with senior residents or would treat everyone as though they were infants in need of adult supervision. Amenities were closed due to safety concerns. When the computer made a mistake, I tried everything I could to rectify the situation, but no one would work with me. Housing insisted I get pictures of myself handing in basic paperwork, just in case the office decided to take me to court for some reason. After I moved out, 4 months after the computer error, I received a bill for he computer error and late fees. No one was there to tell me what to bring and where to take it, so

My move in was extremely stressful due to an impending surgery I had fast approaching but the staff did everything possible to make it as smooth as possible. They really got me moved in 2 days before my surgery. They did an awesome job!

I live here with my daughter. I have had the worst experience ever living in an apartment. Our unit was infested with bedbugs from the unit above me. Pest control said because the apartment above ours is infested with bedbugs, and no one has lived in that unit for 2 1/2 months, the bugs found there way down to my unit for blood. Can you imagine office management not doing anything with that unit for this long. Now supposedly pest control is going to treat that unit on Monday, hopefully. This should not happen to anyone. This is inhumane for us tenants. I feel if the management would have addressed this earlier when they moved out of the apartment, I would not have to go through this. Now, I have no bed to sleep on. Had to throw away. Good luck to anyone who considers these apartments.

I have lived here for 6 years. The only reason I am still here is financially cannot afford to move. My rent was 499.00 6 yrs ago and is 925.00 now. Yes you read that right. There is new management (again) but it seems problems continue. They do not want to listen to any valid complaints. Any suggestions to make things easier are shut down. The security access to the building has never worked since I've lived here. I had an ambulance that could not get into the building. I've been informed that the Fire Marshall has now been made aware and rectified the issue. Any other deliveries cannot get in the building including Prime and Pharmacy deliveries. They will tape any notices on your door even though other people rip them off. I suggested email but they dismissed the idea. If you don
