I went in with my mom a couple weeks ago and met Patricia. I explained to her that I was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment and she gave me a tour 4102. The apartment was clean and I told her that I loved it. She stated to me that apartment was already rented and that there was a few more apartments upstairs. I explained to her that I would prefer to be on the first floor because my mom recently had a stroke. I also asked for Workforce housing and she stated that the next day she will be in meeting with her manager to see there was any availability. However, I would qualify on their low tier. She called me a fews days later and stated that the apartment I toured with my mom is now available and that she didn’t have anything under the workforce program but that the apartment was being listed

While there is significant room for improvement at this property, it’s important to acknowledge that the property manager, Melissa, genuinely cares and is doing her best with the limited resources available to her. She is proactive, responsive, and consistently works to address issues as they arise. The responsibility for the broader issues, however, lies with the property owners, who need to be more invested in maintaining a safe and livable community. Dont apply here. The fees are $500 at checkout & they will not call you back. My friend & I both are moving down from up north. We both applied here and never got a call back. I had to contact them and they said they were still processing a week later. Still never called until i requested a refund. They are just collecting fees from folk. I have been taking notes during me whole apartment search and i will be uploading honest reviews for each property. Its time we put our foots down and stop allowing these places to rip us off through “non-refundable” fees! One place said “even if you apply for a unit there still may NOT be a unit available for you” fees NON-REFUNDABLE LOL LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

This place really doesn't scream luxury at all. The gym is super outdated, the gate never works, and the hallways smell like mold. The garages are filled with mold too, and there's a roach infestation in the units. There are cats scattered everywhere, and the trash compactor is always overflowing. Police activity happens every day, and this neighborhood needs a serious overhaul. Plus, there are plenty of trees that leave residue all over your car and many need to be trimmed. A lot of spots are missing grass and are just filled with weeds. And don't get me started on the assistant property manager, Claudia; she never answers the phone. I really don't get why she's just sitting there!

Although I’m not a resident here, I wanted to echo Erik's sentiments. We were likely viewing the same unit. I checked out unit 7312, which appeared to have been barely vacated, and they’re already trying to rent it without cleaning it first. The hallways were incredibly dirty, and considering the rent they’re asking, the building's cleanliness is subpar. There was even a missing light in the building, and several patches of grass were absent in the front area. While they’re charging a lot for rent, they seem to be doing the bare minimum to maintain cleanliness for their tenants. I’m not interested in moving in because the exterior is dirty and the apartment itself is in poor condition.
