Casa Bella Property Management

We switched over to Maribeth and her Casa Bella Property Management team for almost 5 years and we are so glad we did!!! They are able to help us find reasonable and affordable contractors (plumbers, electricians etc.) for our HOA as well as keeping the community to the bylaws and house rules. We just put new asphalt on our private road and all of this is due credit to Maribeth and her team!

We live here in the condominiums and we have had so many issues getting help with everything we need. You can’t even have a security camera or any type of security for your home or you get a $200 fine. A man was walking around my neighborhood naked for weeks and he had rang my bell over and over and when I got a camera outside to start recording they sent a fine. If my kids use chalk or want to enjoy them selves outside Marybeth will make sure you get a fine but will not make sure you get help when you need it. We have had a huge issue with bees since the summer time and I have emailed them five times. After spending a bunch of our own money trying to fix the issue we finally got in touch with her and she stated she will only speak to the landlord, even though we are the one ones currently

I started getting letters about my mother's property - after asking Maribeth why this was happening, she informed me she would take care of it and revert them back! Fantastic! Then I got a call back 2 minutes later that I needed to get it notarized, well that would be dandy but I didn't notarize the change in the first place. Also seeing that the property in question is across the country. My mother is the one living them with the rest of my family, we grew up there for many years! After asking Maribeth why now I need it notarized, she proceeded to talk over me. Casa Bella Property Management( Maribeth and her staff) is the best management company that our community has ever had. They are polite, professional , knowledgeable , efficient and fair. The state of the art online payment and customer service system is excellent, user friendly and precise. Maribeth's exceptional attention to detail and high standards is exhibited in all of her duties as a property manager. She views the bylaws and house rules " of a community in high regard , enforces and adheres to them and advises and guides the board of managers to do the same. She is a " very visible property manager" and often can be seen inspecting the communities that she manages , on site for community emergencies and to attend board and community meetings . Maribeth is an atrocious example of a human being. She is a discriminating, dismissive, money hungry individual who threatens clients over the phone and then plays victim over emails. She has made multiple mistakes with multiple HOA balances, discriminated me, verbally assaulted me regarding my employment, and then made bias comments regarding my employment and my self when asking to sit down with her to go over paperwork to solve a issue that could have been avoided by her not being nasty to begin with. If you cannot handle being a HOA property manager my suggestion is to hang up your keys or learn how to give paying homeowners respect, due diligence, and positive customer service.
