Casa Bella Apartments

I would give a negative star rating if I could. This place is horrible!! THEY FOUND A DEAD BODY!!! [Check out the video] in the ditch where water fills from rain water, by the laundry room. The "maintenance" is a joke. The place is always trashed with over grown weeds. You constantly hearing gun shots, random people walking thru jiggling your door knob to see if you actually lock your doors, the neighboring apartments had a drug raid with arrests of ppl. Leah and her daughter like to put fake costs when you move out. They would cancel on the walk-thru move out inspection so they can claim bogus damage cost. This property manager gave me and my family a new start, even though at the time I had very poor credit and was only receiving unemployment during Covid. This amazing lady worked with me through my personal struggles and never took it personally. When my oven no longer worked she ordered a brand new one and just a week before thanksgiving they had it installed. She is more than happy to accommodate any need within reason and understands the importance of keeping her Tenants taken care of and happy. I raised my family here and the memories we have because of her are priceless! I hope you make it your home as well, thank you again Leah for everything!!!

In my time in Las Cruces, I've heard many horror stories from coworkers and friends about their apartments. I'm pleased to say that not once have I been able to relate to the horror stories. The apartments are clean, spacious, and pet-friendly. Management has also been truly stellar in the 9 years that I've lived here. They're responsive, resonable, and willing to work with you to overcome potential problems. Of course, there's always room for growth, and in this particular case, the wilting vine in need of some watering and pruning would be maintenance. I'm not sure what it is about maintenance here. For routine stuff, they're great, but if you have a repair that needs to happen, then you have to jump through what I've been calling the 3-call-tango for a few years. It's a fun little danc

The location and layout of the apartments is nice, but I had multiple problems living here. The landlady was out of the office most days in the middle of the day and was difficult to contact and communicate with. There are dishwashers but the lease says they don't have to fix them if they're broken. They didn't tell me if mine was broken or not, it was and it ended up flooding my kitchen and staining the carpet, and the landlady's only response is that they have no responsibility to fix it. The oven ran 50-100 degrees hotter than recorded, and half the burners didn't work half the time. When I left they charged me for apartment damages that were already there and that they should have already noted during the move in inspection. It's livable, but I promise there are better places in town.

Awesome apartments with a great location. Management is very amazing, maintenance is timely and the apartments are very nice. The landlady Leah is one of the nicest people too!
