Casa Azure 55+ Apartments

My wife and I lived at Casa Azure. My wife and I were at Casa Azure. We had planned to move back to Las Vegas on August 1st 2025. My wife's Alzhimers started to get worse on June 26th. And ended up in hospital . We went threw July into August. On August 1st. My self and 2 of our friends cleaned our apartment out spotless. Cleaned the bathroom tub toilet. The bedroom rug needed to be lightly cleaned. Concidering some dust from having to clean up after my wife leaving very few candy lolly pop sticks that were scrubbed up by my 2 friends. I moved to a care home with my wife on August 1st 2025. On August 5th 2025 . My wife passed away. After My wife was cremated. I went back to pick up my security deposit a short time after my wife's passing. Gabby the not so nice manager. Told me my apartmen

Macey was so helpful when filling out my paperwork. She was working around a surgery I had planned and she made it so easy plus even had encouraging words for my surgery. It's so nice to interact with people who care. I can't wait to move in! Update... I have moved in and everybody in the office is absolutely wonderful. The maintenance staff is prompt in the front office is absolutely wonderful! My move-in day with Yashica in signing my final paperwork was very easy she made me feel like I was coming home with her smile and welcoming ways. I want to thank Gabby and Melissa the management team and the maintenance crew who care about all of the tenants! Thank you for making this my dream home!

Great customer service!! Was greeted at the door 🚪The young man was very friendly and helpful…. Great tour ! Wonderful atmosphere; lots of amenities and income based♥️❤️ Hopefully 🙏🏾 they have a special space for me for my 55th birthday in 9 months

Do not move here! So much stress and red flags from day 1. My mom was moving in from out of state and wanted to move here because it was new. Open house was chaotic as was move in day. Not organized at all. Even after move in, not all appliances were even set up. Apartment doors are way too heavy for seniors, and if you have limited mobility, make sure to see if you can get a place close to an elevator. Cabinets are also very high. Near a concert venue so it can be very loud. Kids running around and often smells like pot. Not what we expected for a senior community. My mom was looking forward to community events but when there finally started to be some, they were put on by other residents and there was usually a fee. Guest parking is extremely limited, especially when they are digging

We were thinking of moving when our lease expired. Took a very extensive tour of campus. Loved that part. Was a tad bit expensive for what we wanted and not good for our dog that barks.
