I am very happy with my Stanley Martin home purchase! Being a first time home buyer, my sales rep Kristina was able to guide me in understanding the process of buying a new build from construction to closing. She was available for questions and if she did not know the answer, she knew the right resource to find an answer. You can tell she truly cares about her clients needs and partnering with them to make sure they choose the right home. I appreciated this as a first time home buyer. There can be stresses that come with this process and I felt like Kristina was always looking out for my best interest. Working with Stanley Martin on a new construction project in Carver Square. I am an agent for 3 clients buying each a condo.
