Carver Creek Apartments

Carver creek apts allowed drugs and dealing. The housing authority allowed this because their office was right next to building. They say they have cable with rent. There’s no signal there you almost have to stand on your head to get a signal. They’re without a doubt corrupt. Bug problem all the time and maintenance run like crazy to get inspection the day before. Me and my friend were there for along time and we got attacked and the office did nothing. They had a drug dealer ride in the neighborhood that would play his music loud so drug users knew he was there.i could go on and on If you live in Durham and you have no money LEAVE !! It’s a dangerous town with shootings. I had to push one star to submit this

Carver Creek Apartments are like slum apartments. Lots of changes in management in the five years that I was there. And none of them were helpful and get and maintenance request posted. No full-time maintenance man could complete the task in an appropriate time. The air filters were only changed when I did it myself. There is mold in the kitchen area on the first floor and mold in the lobby by an old air-conditioning unit. The apartment has several people who do drugs and also homeless people live in several apartments sharing rooms and throwing trash out the the door onto the ground. Some people have lived there for more than 20 years and they think they own the place. This is not a good environment to put someone and hope that they will be safe. There is no security and no groundskeeper.

This place has really gone down, 👇 my Mom lives here families living in here who dn't belong, a lady recently died the officer had to get the office number from me so they could get into her apartment the Ppl who work in the office is nvr onsite the bldg is run down so are the apartments they dn't clean the tenants carpet for yrs on end. No security, but you need a key to get in 🤔🤨 looking for a new place for her R/N.

It was a very nice place... Apartments were nice size.

No security no full time office manager and no full time maintenance man
