I first worked with Caruso in 2021 and always have had a great relationship with the staff, especially Lisa. From the one year warranty minor issues and the continuing support, Lisa has made my Caruso experience easy and successful.

My husband and I purchased our home six years ago. We were excited and chose Caruso due to their sleek and creative designs. We had moved from a home that we had built by Haverford which was nice also. The process was smooth with a few hiccups but they were handled. Less than year of being in our home the carpets bubbled so they came out and repaired but other rooms have bubbled since. We also had to get some boards repaired on the hard wood flooring not far after moving in. Now right before six years, the brick mortar is washing away around the front porch and garage leaving holes. Even though Caruso was much sleeker and allowed more personal design, I never had any issues with my first home built by Haverford and we were there for 12 years. I now have to hire a company to come out

We had met many builders over a few years while looking to build our dream home. Caruso homes, while not a custom builder, we are impressed how much customization they were able to do.
