Cartersville Gardens Apt

I've lived here for 5 years. Never had any problem. New management took over and maintenance hasn't been a problem for a few years now. As far as the neighbors go I stay to myself and haven't had anything to worry about. But the ones i do know, directly beside me have become like an extended family.

This place is a joke!!! They allow drug dealers to live and operate here. It is full of people selling dope. The management here is an even bigger joke. They recently got rid of the long term person in charge who should have been fired years, now they have someone who is saying these elderly people have been paying the wrong amount on eent and must pay the difference and this is illegal they CAN NOT make them oay for their poor managers mistakes. We are seeking.an attorney. Do not let your elderly family move here. If you care about them you will keep them from this disaster

It is a nice place, But the manager, ran me off. I have done nothing wrong, I am the Guardian of my handicapped brother Doug. He needs me. She said we were up at 3:00 am parting, We were all in bed before 12:00

Can't reach anyone by phone try check on my status of a apartment and can't reach management

Every rude lady in the office.. Didn't even let me get in the door... Not accepting applications didn't even offer one when my friend just got in and was told that they are taking applications. Guses they are picky. Lady didnt even ask what i was looking for or why. Just no no no from her.
