I highly recommend Mike Carter as a property manager and renting a house from him. I have been renting the same house from Carter Realty for six years because I love the house and Mike is an excellent property manager. He takes care of any maintenance problem quickly. He sends a maintenance man right away. He keeps in touch until the problem is repaired to our satisfaction. Once our dishwasher stopped working and he quickly replaced it with a new one. I was so happy! I never have trouble getting in touch with him. He is easy to talk to and has quickly taken care of any issue. He calls to check on us even when no problems have come up. His maintenance crew are all professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Mike for taking care of us!
