Big money companies like this buying out the block and running off all the local businesses that had the charm that drew so many people to atlanta in the first place with insane rental prices and cheap, eye sore plastic buildings that completely steal the soul from our town. Time anyone stands up to these greedy businesses.

A cancer to the city of Atlanta. They couldn't keep Buckhead in line so now they're leaking into the Old Fourth, and taking any shred of identity left for the area. Every project this company is involved with is bland, boring, and causes nothing but headaches to the people around it.

I called just to get information on a property and the receptionist who answered and the guy she transferred me to were not very pleasant at all. After he gave me little info I say thank you for your help and He just hangs up! I can't imagine actually doing busines with them after that simple phone call.

Money hungry thieves who are developing properties that are of no interest to the people that LOVE ATLANTA and make it a place that people want to live in. Find other interests outside of self-serving capitalism.
