Carson Square Apartments

This place has had more power outages than any place I have ever lived in. They don’t even send you emails when dominion is doing clear work and maintenance for them. They barely send you emails with threats to tow and move your car bc of the last minute parking lot repairs. Don’t even be tempted by the gym, they only use it as a prop to get new renters. It’s not opened in my near two years of living here. Ultimately, this place just really has no consideration for its renters.

The office staff was nice and polite, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my experience. The apartment itself came with many issues. The units were bug-infested, and pest control never actually solved the problem. The washing machines were dirty, poorly maintained, and often didn’t work at all. There was also constant high traffic with people sitting around, which made the environment uncomfortable. On top of that, we experienced over six power outages, and it never felt like the company truly cared or took responsibility. Overall, I was very disappointed with the living conditions and lack of proper management.

Worst place to rent from when it comes to the office communication and respect for you as a tenant whose never late on rent nor causes any issues. It’s Christmas and guess what my entire courtyard doesn’t have parking and it hasn’t been any parking for over a week. Everyone got towed with no notice of parking lot being done. Guess I can’t see family for the holidays. Communication from management sucks. Been here 3yrs and it’s 4 different owners and counting. Unreal for the price you pay. Let’s not forget 90 day notice to move out or you’ll be charged 3mos rent.

I've been living here for about a year now my overall apartment is nice stainless steel appliances, love having my own full bath plenty of bedroom space. There were a few things i felt was rushed when fixing it up didnt have time to do my move in report because of my schedule but the biggest complaint I have would be the type of paint used on the walls i wish they would have used the same paint thats in the kitchen and bathrooms way easier to clean and also the LAUNDRY ROOMS!!! its time for them to get new washers and dryers at this point it is a inconvenience for people who have children and no transportation to get to other laundry facilities so they depend on there neighborhood facilities and there is always a issue with them yea you can get a refund but its the inconvenience of washing

Dirty, strong old cigarette odor inside and outside the units, noise from 2nd floor: sound like broken wood and cables also you can hear neighbors talking. Repairs take forever. But the worst of all is MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL steal from you if you are not on the units. Laundry spaces dosent work. Keep looking because living on Carson square is not a present experience.
