The staff are very helpful and nice. They made the move in process very easy. The property is secluded from the highway & is kept very clean.

I have not lived at this property for very long, but in my short stay I have been welcomed with open arms. Not only have maintenance and the leasing office been incredibly helpful and insightful, they have also given me a place to call home. A special thanks to Elizabeth, Martin, and Lazaro.

Carson Crossing is a beautiful property, and I couldn’t be happier to call it my home. From the very beginning, the community has been warm and welcoming. Caleb had me laughing right away and went above and beyond during my move-in he personally drove me in the golf cart to my apartment and made sure everything was perfect before I settled in. There were no issues at all, which gave me such peace of mind. Monica is incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and an outstanding manager who truly cares about the residents. My apartment was spotless upon move-in very clean, no bugs, no issues with appliances, and everything in excellent condition. It’s clear that the property is well maintained and managed with great attention to detail. I am so grateful for the hospitality, kindness, and profession

It’s honestly rare to meet a leasing agent like Laura. She has a heart of gold. This was my second time touring the property and brought another agent to come check it out! They actually answer the phones here. In a time when most places use call centers or bots, that’s huge. Laura even dropped what she was doing to give us a tour without an appointment. She was kind, helpful, and just made the whole process easy. Please keep her around! I’d be happy to send more of my clients her way.
