Carroll Square Apartments

I’ve only been here a few months, but when other people are complaining their side walks haven’t been cleared, ours are very clean 🙂

It was an amazing 5 Years here at Carroll Square, and Sandra and Harry were very easy to work with and very kind! We loved our apartment, neighbors, and the neighborhood! The courtyard and parking lot were always cleaned and well managed, and we never ran into any issues with other neighbors or parking. We appreciate everything Sandra has done for us for the last 5 Years! Rent was very reasonable and allowed us to buy a home and move out a little earlier than expected! Lived here for 2 years and only moved out because we bought a house in the area. The apartments were kept clean and the neighbors were friendly and nice. We do miss Sandra and Harry, they were always quick if anything needed to get fixed or if we had concerns. Elk grove is definitely the exceptional community and so it Carroll Sq apartments 👍

I was advised by Sandra Stavros that was I was excellent candidate to be a tenant in a 2bd - 1bath until. After forwarding my application twice, along w my driver license as requested for a unit whose tenants would vacate 8/25/24. My application was denied after she realized that I was African American via driver license. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I feel betrayed, especially with the amount of sensitive information I forwarded.

Extremely rude management. Don't waste your time.
