Carroll at Rivery Ranch

I was living in a really bad complex horrible management, pest problems, you name it BAD! When I came across the Carroll apartments, I found my new home. The manager Miranda helped me find an apartment way larger, and for less than what I was paying before. There were a few hiccups with my application, but the office did everything imaginable to help me get into my new home. I will say they are strict about trash stuff and dog poop, and they will fine you, but seriously I saw at my last apartments how bad things can get when they let people do whatever with trash. 50 bucks is nothing compared to rats, raccoons and roaches. I’m glad they call people out for not picking up their trash and dog crap. I just renewed my lease, and can’t begin to tell you how happy my kids and I have been. Love i

we haven’t signed yet, but i wanted to leave a review to commend one of the leasing agents, angel! we went in for a tour yesterday, she found us the perfect units for us within price range, but unfortunately while touring the unit we wanted, someone signed for it online 😭💔. angel has been doing everything she can to find us similar to what got swept beneath our feet.. we are hopeful and eager! the staff is amazing and kind, the complex is clean and very kept up with.

Maintenance supervisor Rassiel and his team are super efficient, explained everything thoroughly and definitely deserves a raise! They make sure to follow up and go above & beyond! 10/10! You can tell right away when you drive onto the property, everything looks clean and up-to-date. Carroll at Rivery Ranch is taking care of things. The management and leasing staff are always in a good mood and willing to help. I’m always greeted at the office and I never feel neglected. Finally an apartment where I’m not embarrassed to invite friends over to, at a reasonable price, and not out in the boonies!

This complex is very unprofessional and unhelpful when it comes to helping their residents. They will fine you for absolutely anything. When we moved into our apartment it was very dirty. Our fire alarms go off almost nonstop. One day I had to miss work because our fire alarms kept going off. When I had called the office about it they said a maintenance request was put in. By 4pm that day I had gone down to the office and I was told I may have to go all night with it going off because they were not sure if someone is going to make it to fix the alarms. The gate has not worked since we moved in July of 25. The light outside of my building has never worked properly and constantly flashes. I have an eye condition and with the flashing lights it makes it very difficult for me to go down the st
