If you want a stress free and timely closing, I’d advise steering clear of Carrington. I used Carrington to facilitate a closing on 01/06/2025. Instead of holding the closing at their office, Carrington decided to rent a coworking space. They did not confirm that the coworking space was equipped with a copier and scanner(two items essential to facilitate a real estate closing). As such my closing was dramatically delayed. I had to follow up with Carrington the following day and pester them to send me my proceeds from the sale. Buying/selling a home is already stressful enough, don’t add on any additional stress if you don’t have to.

As a title agent for Carrington, I've never come across a team so responsive, so on point, easy to work with, very communicative, and more importantly, very friendly. Have not had any delayed closings with them, that is attributable to their work. Lombard and Plainfield office, can close at any Regus office Chicagoland as well. Cannot be anymore convenient than that. Hope to continue this relationship for a long time.
