Carrington Place at Shoal Creek

If you are contemplating living here look no further! I had a one bed, one bath and a garage for ~1600 month and it was worth every penny! Staff - The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming! Heather, Brittany and Savannah were always willing and excited to help out wherever they could and with any questions, big or small, that I would come in with. They are genuinely positive people and will put you and your needs first when living here. The maintenance has also been fantastic. I haven't had many needs outside of a couple of very small fixes but both times they were out within a day to have it properly fixed. Apartment - The apartment itself was amazing as well. Really good sized kitchen, living space, bedroom and bathroom, in-unit laundry, and tons of closet space. Fridge, oven/stove

I would not recommend this "luxury" living apartment complex to anyone. The corporation does not take care of the property or its units. The staff manager and associates lie and exploit seniors citizens. In addition, I kept getting sick sleeping in my bedroom, when I learned the area was full of black mold from a clogged guttering system, which ran through the walls and into the carpet. There were slugs inhabiting the carpet near my bed, which was perpetually soggy and wet. And, to remediate the black mold in the wall took 3.5 weeks. I was robbed by the worker, during this time, and the office staff claimed they did not know the name of the company or the worker, who had been in my apartment doing repairs. I filed a police report, the jewelry was never recovered, and I was not compensated

I’ve loved living at Carrington Place Shoal Creek! The management is amazing—Heather is seriously the best, and Brittany and Pat are always super helpful and quick to respond. The grounds look great, the pool is always clean, and the amenities are awesome. The neighbors are friendly and it’s just a good vibe all around. Highly recommend!

We have lived here going on two years and I must say it just keeps getting better. We have never rented before and wasn't sure that to expect but have been pleasantly surprised. The new management team are doing some great stuff. My hat goes off to Heather and her staff, from pizza pool parties to all the new landscaping, it's been great. Heather, Pat, Britney, Savanah and the two best maintenance guys ever, Hunter and Ross. Keep up the great work.

I've lived here almost two years and love it. Ongoing improvements. Lots of communication from the office about pool dates and improvement projects. Private entry to each until makes it very peaceful.
