Carrington Park

I've been a resident of Carrington Park for six and a half years. I love living here. Although the past few months have been a little rough with staff changes, etc. my faith and joy have been restored by the staff that is in place now. Back in December there was a mishap when the apartment above me flooded and caused damage to the ceiling in my apartment. With all of the staff changes it seemed it would never be taken care of. I am more than happy to say the staff currently in placed has stayed true to their word and cleaned up the mess they inherited. They inherited a few messes. Carrington is an awesome place to live. I'm happy and at peace in this community. Six and a half years and counting. Thank you new crew!!!!

My car was broken into and my window was shattered Saturday night. I woke up the next morning in saw it. The leasing office did NONETHING about it. I stressed and worried how I was going to pay for a new window with the money I do not have. In plus it was raining. I was told it was Nunthing they can do about it with it being on private property. No emotion and no sense of care in that response. Really Disappointed🤦🏾‍♀️

I want to join in, as I'm certain there are others, to say how much April has assisted me. Whenever I contact the office with any problems or concerns, she is always courteous and helpful. She is patient with me, and always does her best to either directly address my concerns or direct me to others who can assist me. She is dependable and returns my calls or follows up as promised. April is an excellent representative for Carrington Park! I always enjoy working with her. We are very fortunate to have Hope as the property manager who leaves no stones unturned. She along with the staff makes Carrington Park a community more like a home environment and not just apartment living!

Had a wonderful experience touring this complex! The model unit they showed was fantastic, with the best layout I’ve seen in the area. The pool room was so relaxing, and the amenities were top-notch. Despite visiting on a busy day, Rivka, Jay, and Ally provided the best service and made everything seamless. They truly deserve a raise for the outstanding job they do. My honest opinion? Move in today!!!! Highly recommend!

I moved into carrington park apartments two months ago. Even before the move I was blown away by how nice and luxurious the apartments are and how the staff are goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. Ms. Chloe Scott does an exceptional job in making sure the tour is very thorough and once moved in any issues you may have she makes sure it’s taken care of. The maintenance staff also does a very very good job. Any issue you may have they take care of it that day or the next and it’s fixed right on the first attempt. Anyone working a full time job and has a family I would Recommend moving here because it’s secure and also a very quiet and peaceful complex to relax.
