Carrington Apartments

We rent several apartments here. Only one bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled and are really nice. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic. It is located right off of I-90 and it is right off of 405. It is quiet with no neighbor problems. It is hard to rent because the place is really liked! We would give it endless stars!!!

I have lived here for months and really enjoy it. The unit is extremely spacious and well updated on the interior for the price. I barely ever hear my neighbors and everyone does their part to keep the community clean and welcoming. Jason is also amazing and will do anything to make sure residents feel taken care of and safe. It is clear Jason cares for the community and the people that make it up. I suggest The Carrington!

I love, love, love 💕 this apartment complex. The staff is great and very helpful. I've been a renter in the PNW for 24 years, the staff here is honest and reliable. It's close to everything, the stores, schools, and freeway. It's right on the bus line if you don't drive. It's close to Bellevue College and right across the street from a huge park. It's temming with wildlife, lot's of hummingbirds and bunnies. The complex is dog/cat friendly and if the staff wasn't so nice I probably wouldn't have bought my son a emotional support dog. We love it here. My dog is spoiled by all of my neighbor's it's GREAT. He has more friends than me now. The pool is amazing in the summer. There's a large exercise room too. Had the weirdest touring experience. We made an appointment and no one showed up till almost 30 minutes after our scheduled time, we were about to leave when someone came in, seemingly shocked to hear we had a tour. (For context, we literally walked in and scheduled a tour in person a couple days earlier.) While waiting for anyone to show up to the unlocked leasing office, the dog in the leasing office peed on the carpet in front of us. When someone did show up and we let them know, they seemed unsurprised, saying that he just gets nervous when left alone. Why was he left alone in the unlocked leasing office, when a tour was scheduled and no one was there for at LEAST half an hour, I'll never know. I was here for about a year and a half. Right when I moved in my washer and dryer were broken and then my sinks and pipes were clogged after two weeks and overflowing. They fixed it within a week, however didn’t have a sense of urgency. The apartment itself has good features. At first you didn’t have to pay for parking which was a plus. My biggest issue though was how much the increased rent and utilities and also poor communication. The landlord at the time would take days to respond or never answer the phone. After moving out also he still was a very poor communicator and would charge me incorrectly all the time. Make sure to keep ALL payment confirmations to show as proof. Complex was pretty nice, just be very aware and check everything and it took a lot to work just to get things fixe
