The Board members and president of this HOA are currently under investigation by the state attorney general for fraud, FYI. I have never met a group of individuals more incompetent, rude and ignorant in all my life. Zero, and I mean zero, communication will be granted to the residence unless you have your attorney write a letter. Got an emergency? Good luck. No phone number to call, wont answer the door, wont answer email, wont answer letter. How about a note left in mailbox asking please call, my roof is leaking? Nope. Better get an attorney now, just in case you want a copy of the by-laws.
