Carriage Place Apartments

Terrible property manger needs to be fired she does not do a good job at her job and is really rude when I’m just trying to get info and she like gets mad and doesn’t even know her self she needs to be let go she’s prolly losing out on alot of money

We don’t live here but we were seriously interested. Unfortunately the lady we spoke to every time was unnecessarily rude. We set up an appointment to come see the place and get more info anyway. Showed up on time to be met by the, I dont know, maintenance guy? He told us the office manager left for an hr or so but we can have a look around the office if we would like. Uhm. Ok. Why set appointments you won’t keep? Well we left and waited about another hr and then gave her a call again. She was unpleasant as usual and flipped out on us saying her maintenance guy told her we never showed !?!? Like what..

I was thinking abt calling to make an appointment to look at a 2 bedrooms apartment. But with all the negative reviews abt the rude lady in the office . I will pass. The management needs to do something abt her attitude, cuz this is not good for them.

the lady in the office was rude as soon as we walked in the door and denied me to see a viewing that I made an appointment to see a few days prior because she said 3 people aren’t allowed to live in a 1 bedroom apartment which the 3 people are me my fiancé and our 9 month old son so I asked about availability for a 2 bedroom and she shot that just as quick as I asked about it saying that they had one available in a month and we were still not allowed to view it even though no one was currently living in the apartment but after that experience my family and I decided not to even try that place anymore

Lady is very rude in the rental office not wanting to help and being racist. i do not recommend this apartments to live in.
