Carriage Park Apartments

Lily and the office staff are what make this place amazing. When I moved in last year they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and transitioned to my apt smoothly. They read over the entire contract and make sure I understood everything before I signed. Even when the building I was supposed to be in caught fire Lily worked tirelessly to make sure I had another place ready for my move in date. Throughout the time I have lived here they have always been attentive to whatever I needed. I would put in work requests and it would get done the next day by the latest. As for the complex itself, it was very quiet and there was never anything that was of concern or felt unsafe. I have lived at the carriages for 14 years and I love the feeling of safety at these apartments. The management allows me to have my tiny herb garden (Rachel's Garden) which is a huge thing for me as I adore plants! I also love the managers Reagan and Lidia, they are very down to earth and truly nice and caring people. The apartment is going through a huge renovation in all the apt inside and out and the new layout is very nice . I hope to live here for many more years. A very beautiful safe apt family.

The Director Victoria was so polite and patient. She made sure I knew and understood the process thoroughly. She definitely made me feel like i was making the right decision. I highly recommend these apartments

This place has come far. I’ve been here now 6 months and it has been great. Management is excellent, upgrades galore, and super quiet neighborhood! I get home super late sometimes because of work (1-2am) and I don’t worry that I’m about to get robbed or snatched! Highly recommend!
