This is an excellent place to live in Ohio. Clean and excellent apartments . Their administration is very excellent, BEV and her team is great. The maintenance employee is very excellent and very helpful. They are all great. They are above the top. I recommend you to try with them to have a nice and excellent home. Regarding the maintenance response at this complex, our experience was very positive. We had furnace problems. The repair person came within an hour from the time I formally requested repairs. He immediately diagnosed the problem, had the replacement parts and knowledge to fix the problem within another hour, and was super friendly.

I had been experiencing ongoing issues with my refrigerator at my home in Bayside Commons and had submitted multiple maintenance requests online, left four voicemails, and made several calls before finally speaking with someone who scheduled a visit. Unfortunately, no one showed up as scheduled, and my husband was later told it wasn’t possible due to inspections. After calling the office again, the maintenance supervisor came out but spent less than five minutes looking at the issue and only suggested something for me to try, instructing me to call back if it didn’t work. When that solution failed, I called the emergency maintenance line and spoke with Kevin. Kevin arrived right away and actually took the time to thoroughly look at the refrigerator and help solve the problem. He was prof

Helpful and knowledgeable office staff, maintenance show up and are very professional. They installed a new stove in the kitchen with speed and top notch service.

Nice place to live. Close to shopping, restaurants, schools, and COTA rides. They have a groundskeeper who takes pride in his work and does a great job of trying to keep up with keeping the grounds clean. They offer 1,2,3 bedroom townhomes and 1,2 bedroom apartments. Only 2 things lacking are a pool and a doggy park. But you can walk your dog in the complex or in the neighborhood surrounding the complex.
