I want to share my experience as a shareholder during Carriage House Management & Realty’s time managing our co-op. There were several challenges that affected the overall management quality. For instance, maintenance payments were accepted exclusively via Zelle to an account registered under an individual’s name, which caused security concerns among shareholders. Communication from the management team was often slow and sometimes lacked clarity or accountability. Important issues were occasionally deferred back to the board instead of being resolved by management directly. Worst management company they do absolutely nothing. They make up fake prices and say that they do work they never do. They will run your property to the ground

Great & helpful staff members. Trust them on our condo management. Their office located inside modern building. Clean inside with waiting area & elevator available. Suddenly, they won't you go past front desk in the most cases. Even though, experience here been smooth for past two years.

The staff and my agent for my building were extremely helpful during a rough time for me.They helped me work with my board until things in my life straightened out. Love them! I highly recommend this company!

You never realize how good you have it until it’s gone. Never had an issue with carriage house since we bought our house for almost 5 years. Now we have a new management company and it’s terrible. Missing carriage house as our HOA management.
